We are a husband and wife team who have a passion for cycling and pride ourselves in running our business in a professional manner. Based in Dawlish, Teignbridge, South Devon we hire out bike boxes on flexible terms from only £5 a day.
Collection of bike boxes from our address is free of charge however, we can arrange delivery and collection to your home or business address if necessary for a surcharge. Areas we can offer delivery and collection to are: Exeter, Dawlish, Teignmouth, Torquay, Paignton, Plymouth, Buckfastleigh, Totnes, Newton Abbot.

“If you are anything like us, you enjoy riding your bikes and challenging yourselves on some of the classic climbs! or maybe you just enjoy spinning along on the picturesque flats in the warmth? We also spend a great deal of time choosing our bikes and then setting them up so they fit perfectly whether it be a bike fit or by feel.
I feel very at home on my bike and it never feels the same when I ride a hire bike – it just doesn’t cut it. So for me I always take my own bikes.
Couple that with the money we spend (probably more than Jo realises 😉 ) on our trusty steed’s we need to have have a cheap, reliable and robust bike box hire solution. Here at cycle box hire we offer just that! so if we can help with anything please don’t hesitate to get in touch!”

What are TSA Locks?
TSA Locks are specialised locks approved by all national and international airports to ensure your bike box’s contents remain secure both before and after customs or border control inspection.
The locks are set by a numerical code of the user and can only be opened by that code or via master key accessible to customs officers only.
These locks were created to avoid the security vulnerability of cable ties or non TSA Locks simply being cut off by customs during inspection only to leave your goods potentially at risk to opportunistic thieves afterwards.
